Work Location: Toan Cau BN Factory – Quang Minh Industrial Park, Hanoi

Salary: 10 – 13 million VND/month (including allowances and overtime)

Job Description

Toan Cau BN is seeking experienced candidates in industrial machinery operation to join our technical team at the recycling plant. Operators will be directly responsible for running shredders, presses, and metal sorting machines—ensuring stable, efficient, and safe performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Inspecting equipment prior to start-up.
• Monitoring system performance during operations.
• Troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues.
• Coordinating with the technical team for scheduled maintenance.
• Recording operating data and submitting reports to supervisors after each shift.

Requirements

• Male, aged 22–35, in good health.
• Vocational diploma or higher, preferably in mechanics or industrial electricity.
• Experience in operating recycling machinery, presses, or industrial production lines is an advantage.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to workplace safety.
